Support Materials — Niveau de neige / Snow Level
REFERENCE / INSPIRATION — La région centrale by Michael Snow (1971)
PROTOTYPING — Early 3D tests and rotation mechanics
The following is the very first improvisation test on what would become the basis for this project—shot on break while in rehearsals for another project. The music has no pre-conceived elements; it’s just a very first impression of what would it be like to play music to Snow’s film. I don’t think the work’s composition will be much like what I played here, nor will it use the same instrument and sound at all. Please watch the first 2min — and with a bit of generosity!
